The Hutchinson Art Center is proud to present the work of local artist Jocelyn Woodson in our Main Gallery.

Jocelyn Woodson is a self-taught artist and her work is as intuitive as it is expressive. A Hutchinson native, she has lived, created and sold artwork from California to New York. Woodson’s artistic journey flourished as a creator of handmade greeting cards. She later expanded her creations to larger canvases and eventually began painting on wood pieces.

She is constantly creating in her studio, and she often works on larger community art and murals as well. She has been part of several community murals in Hutchinson and is currently an active member of the Hutchinson Art Association Board of Directors. An incredibly gifted and productive artist, she also makes jewelry and other wearable art and also has a home decor line.

This exhibition will be on display in our Main Gallery from February 9th - March 9th, 2024.
