Do you want to improve your landscape, floral and outdoor painting skills?

Consider joining the plein air group sessions at the Dillon Nature Center! Attendees are welcome to arrive anytime during the nature center’s open hours, however the group formally meets at 1:00 p.m. on the deck of the visitor center overlooking the pond - a truly scenic view! The group follows a casual “come and go” policy, but please keep in mind that the nature center closes at dusk. There is no teacher or formal instruction process during the session; but you will have the supportive environment of a great group of local artists! Sessions are free to attend and open to all artists.

*Sessions can be canceled due to inclement weather, so call ahead to check the schedule at the Hutchinson Art Center (620) 663-1081. Please note that no art supplies will be provided by the Hutchinson Art Center or the Dillon Nature; artists are responsible for bringing their own supplies.
