We are offering adult (age 16+) intermediate art classes for watercolor, acrylic and oil painting. Each course will consist of ten Saturday sessions focused on one medium. A syllabus will be provided at the beginning of the first session. The Art Center will provide some of the needed materials; the rest will be the responsibility of the student. Students are invited to take more than one workshop; availability is limited to 15 students for each course. We encourage people that have taken our previous beginner courses or have some experience with the chosen painting mediums.

The workshops will culminate in a Student Show at the Hutchinson Art Center; the reception for the show will take place on December 19th (Third Thursday) from 6:00-8:00 pm.

The workshops will on Saturdays beginning September 7th and ending November 9th. 
Watercolor will be taught by Marte Crow, the class time will be from at 8:30 to 10:30am.
Acrylic painting will be taught by Marte Crow, the class time will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
Oil painting will be taught by Julian Stropes, the class time will be from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

Tuition for each course is $120 (one payment for all 10 weeks); there will be discounts available for Hutchinson Art Center Members and Senior Citizen Members at the Hutch Rec.
